Наш фонд до початку війни надавав мобільну медичну допомогу паліативним хворим. З початком агресії рф ми продовжили цю справу. Також наша команда відбудовує житло стареньким, багатодітним, яке було зруйновано, купуємо військове спорядження, паливо і провіант на «передок». Регулярно підтримуємо дітей українсько-російської війни. Звітуємо про свою роботу щодня.

Before the war, our Fund provided mobile medical care to patients with terminal illnesses. With the start of the Russian aggression, we continued this work. Our team also rebuilds destroyed housing for the elderly and for families with many children and buys military equipment, fuel, and other supplies for the army at the front line. Створення благодійної організації "Благодійний фонд імені Михайла Василевського" у липні 2021 року було натхненне світлою пам'яттю дітей про батька, якого перемогла невиліковна хвороба, і мало на меті допомогти якомога більшій кількості нужденних жити, попри хворобу, без болю, гідно проводячи на землі свої останні дні.

About the Fund
The establishment of the Charity Fund Name of Michael Vasylevsky in July 2021 was inspired by the children's fond memory of their father, who was defeated by a terminal illness, and aimed to help as many people as possible to live, despite the illness, without pain, spending their last days on earth with dignity.

Паліативна допомога – це комплексний підхід, мета якого забезпечити максимально можливу якість життя пацієнтів і членів їхніх родин, шляхом запобігання та полегшення страждань завдяки ранньому виявленню і точному діагностуванню симптомів болю та розладів життєдіяльності, проведення адекватних лікувальних заходів, симптоматичної (ад'ювантної) терапії.
Захворювання при яких необхідне надання паліативної допомоги:Доросле населення:
- Злоякісні новоутворення;
- Хвороба рухового мотонейрону , БАС (боковий аміотрофічний склероз);
- Хронічна серцева недостатність;
- Деменція, хвороба Альцгеймера;
- Пацієнти після перенесеного ГПМК (гостре порушення мозкового кровообігу);
- Цукровий діабет;
- Хронічні обструктивні захворювання легенів, паліативні пацієнти з/ після COVID-19;
- Пацієнти, які мають пролежні, трофічні виразки, рани, тощо.Дитяче населення:
- Онкологічні захворювання,
- Вроджені вади розвитку нервової системи ( гідроцефалія, мікроцефалія)
·- Нервово-м‘язові захворювання ( м’язові дистрофії ДЦП, що супроводжується епілепсією) ;

Платежі через Сайт забезпечуються надавачем платіжних послуг, який не перебуває під контролем Фонду. Особи, яким не виповнилось 18 років, повинні отримати письмову згоду батьків або офіційних опікунів на їх волонтерську діяльність на користь Фонду.Для того, щоб отримати допомогу, Бенефіціар повинен звернутися до Фонду та надати документи з усією необхідною інформацією, згідно з переліком, наданим координатором Фонду. Відповідно до свого розсуду, Фонд може надати допомогу або відмовити від її надання без пояснення причин відмови. Перед зверненням до Фонду Бенефіціар самостійно ознайомлюється з Політикою Конфіденційності, яка містить інформацією про обробку наданих персональних даних та про права, які особа має у зв'язку з цим.Фонд володіє Сайтом та контролює його контент. Through the Website (the " Donate " link), the user has the opportunity to make charitable contributions to support the Fund, which uses these funds to implement projects in the above areas. Payments through the Website are provided by a payment service provider that is not under the control of the Fund. The Fund is not responsible for the content and functionality that may be offered on the website of the payment service provider, as well as for any losses, damages, or other monetary obligations arising from the use of the payment service provider's services. When going to the website of the payment service provider to make a donation, the Donor must read and comply with the terms of use, privacy policy, and other policies established by the provider. Persons under the age of 18 must obtain written consent from their parents or legal guardians for their volunteer activities in favour of the Fund.11. In order to receive aid, the Beneficiary must apply to the Fund and provide documents with all the necessary information according to the list provided by the Fund's coordinator. At its discretion, the Fund may provide or refuse to provide aid without explaining the reasons for the refusal. Before applying to the Fund, the Beneficiary shall carefully read the Privacy Policy, which contains information on the processing of the provided personal data and the rights that the person has in this regard.12. The Fund owns the Website and controls its content. The content contained on the Website, such as text, images, audio and video recordings, belongs to the Fund or is posted with the permission of the owners, and the intellectual property rights to the content belong to the Fund. Access to and viewing of any content posted on or through the Website is possible solely for personal non-commercial purposes. Any element of the content may be used only with the written consent of the Fund or the respective owners. Modification and creation of derivative pieces using the content without the written permission of the Fund are not allowed.13. The Fund shall not be liable for any damages (including the costs of legal defence and consultations of other experts) arising from the use of the Website for any unlawful or unauthorised purposes.14. These Terms are an agreement governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from the use of the Website shall be resolved by the courts of Ukraine. The amended Terms and Conditions shall come into force and apply from the date of such amendment.16. Урлівська, будинок 23-А, квартира 171) керується принципом "нульової толерантності" до будь-яких проявів корупції в своїй внутрішній діяльності, а також у відносинах з донорами, бенефіціарами, контрагентами та контролюючими органами. У цій Політиці врегулювання конфлікту інтересів та запобігання корупції ми описуємо, яких заходів щодо запобігання, виявлення та протидії корупції і пов’язаним з нею практикам вживаємо на виконання цього принципу.Політика врегулювання конфлікту інтересів та запобігання корупції1. Терміни, використані в цій Політиці, вживаються у значенні, наведеному в Законі України "Про запобігання корупції", іншому законодавстві України, яке регулює порядок застосування превентивних антикорупційних механізмів, включаючи міжнародні договори, згода на обов'язковість яких надана Верховною Радою України.2. Контрагенти та партнери Фонду обираються за наслідками оцінки прозорості їх діяльності, якості товарів, робіт і послуг, а також ділової репутації. Перед встановленням ділових відносин Фонд в особі Президента перевіряє, чи наявна у відкритих джерелах інформація, що потенційний партнер чи контрагент, їх службові чи посадові особи вчиняли дії, пов’язані з корупцією, а також вживає заходів для з'ясування, чи не буде потенційний партнер чи контрагент використовуватися як посередник для передачі третім особам (або для отримання від третіх осіб) неправомірної вигоди. У випадку виявлення інформації щодо вчинення дій, пов'язаних з корупцією, чи наявнсоті підстав припускати використання потенційного партнера чи контрагента з метою отримання неправомірної вигоди третіми особами, ділові відносини не встановлюються.3. Фонд забезпечує розробку та вжиття заходів, які є необхідними та достатніми для запобігання, виявлення і протидії корупції у своїй діяльності, зокрема, шляхом зобов'язання осіб, які діють від імені та/або в інтересах Фонду:- при вчиненні дій, пов'язаних із розглядом отриманих Фондом запитів від осіб, які потребують благодійної допомоги, утримуватися від демонстрації особистого ставлення до політичних поглядів, ідеології, релігії, етнічної належності особи, яка звертається із запитом;- відмовлятися від приймання подарунків, отримання послуг або фінансової винагороди від контрагентів, бенефіціарів, партнерів або осіб, які діють від їх імені;- запобігати укладенню договорів, що передбачають зобов'язання Фонду здійснити передачу майна (в тому числі грошових коштів), з фізичними особами, які є членами їх сім'ї, або членами сім'ї інших осіб, які діють від імені та/або в інтересах Фонду, а також з юридичними особами, керівниками, чи кінцевими бенефіціарними власниками яких є члени їх сім'ї або члени сім'ї інших осіб, які діють від імені та/або в інтересах Фонду. Це обмеження не застосовується, коли такі фізичні або юридичні особи є єдиними можливими постачальниками товарів, робіт чи послуг, отримання яких вимагають інтереси осіб, які звернулися до Фонду за наданням допомоги. У такому випадку про здійснення передачі майна та причини здійснення закупівлі товарів, робіт, послуг у вказаних осіб Фонд повідомляє на своєму веб-сайті;- не розголошувати і не використовувати в інший спосіб будь-яку інформацію з обмеженим доступом, що стала їм відома у зв'язку з виконанням своїх функціональних обов'язків, якщо інше не передбачено законом;- невідкладно інформувати Фонд в особі Президента про виникнення у них реального або потенційного конфлікту інтересів і не здійснювати дій в умовах конфлікту інтересів до прийняття рішення щодо його врегулювання;- утримуватися від поведінки, яка може бути розціненою як готовність вчинити корупційне правопорушення, або спонукання до вчинення корупційного правопорушення;- невідкладно інформувати Фонд в особі Президента про відомі випадки вчинення корупційних або пов'язаних з корупцією правопорушень особами, які діють від імені Фонду або фізичними або юридичними особами, з якими Фонд перебуває або планує перебувати у договірних відносинах.Органи управління Фонду можуть здійснювати вибіркові перевірки здійснюваних платежів на відповідності вимогам цієї Політики, їх економічної обґрунтованості, доцільності витрат, в тому числі на предмет підтвердження первинними обліковими документами.
Corruption Prevention Policy
Charitable Organisation "Charity Fund Name of Michael Vasylevsky" (USREOU 44317490; Ukraine, 02081, Kyiv, 23-A Urlovska St., Apartment 171) (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) is guided by the principle of "zero tolerance" to any manifestations of corruption in its internal activities, as well as in its relations with donors, beneficiaries, contractors and regulatory authorities. In this Conflict of Interest and Corruption Prevention Policy, we describe the measures we take to prevent, detect and combat corruption and related practices in order to implement this principle.Conflict of Interest and Corruption Prevention Policy1. The terms used in this Policy shall have the meaning given in the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption", and other legislation of Ukraine regulating the application of preventive anti-corruption mechanisms, including international treaties ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.2. The Fund's contractors and partners shall be selected based on the results of the assessment of the transparency of their activities, the quality of goods, works and services, as well as their business reputation. Prior to establishing business relations, the Fund, represented by the President, shall verify if there is information in open sources that a potential partner or counterparty, their officers or officials have committed acts related to corruption, and shall take measures to find out whether a potential partner or counterparty will be used as an intermediary to transfer to third parties (or to receive from third parties) an unlawful benefit. If information is found on corruption-related actions or if there are grounds to assume that a potential partner or counterparty is being used to obtain an unlawful benefit by third parties, business relations shall not be established.3. The Fund ensures the development and implementation of measures that are necessary and sufficient to prevent, detect and combat corruption in its activities, in particular, by obliging persons acting on behalf of and/or in the interests of the Fund:- when performing actions related to the consideration of requests received by the Fund from persons in need of charitable aid, refrain from demonstrating a personal attitude to political views, ideology, religion, or ethnicity of the person making the request- refuse to accept gifts, services or financial remuneration from contractors, beneficiaries, partners or persons acting on their behalf;- prevent the conclusion of contracts that provide for the Fund's obligation to transfer property (including money) with individuals who are members of their family or family members of other persons acting on behalf of and/or in the interests of the Fund, as well as with legal entities whose management or ultimate beneficial owners are members of their family or family members of other persons acting on behalf of and/or in the interests of the Fund. This restriction does not apply when such individuals or legal entities are the only possible suppliers of goods, works or services required by the interests of the persons applying to the Fund for aid. In this case, the Fund shall inform about the transfer of property and the reasons for purchasing goods, works, services from these persons on its website;- not to disclose or otherwise use any restricted information that they have become aware of in connection with the performance of their functional duties unless otherwise provided by law;- promptly inform the Fund, represented by the President, of any real or potential conflict of interest and not act in the context of a conflict of interest until a decision is made on its settlement;- refrain from behaviour that may be regarded as a willingness to commit a corruption offence or inducement to commit a corruption offence;- promptly inform the Fund, represented by the President, about known cases of corruption or corruption-related offences committed by persons acting on behalf of the Fund or individuals or legal entities with whom the Fund has or plans to have contractual relations.4. The Fund's governing bodies may carry out selective inspections of payments made to ensure compliance with the requirements of this Policy, as well as to verify their economic feasibility and expediency, including on the basis of primary accounting documents.
